Mainly I wanna know what this School of Gothic Melting Ice Cream’s Darkness “Nightmare” Class is and how I can sing up to take it!

What I get from my translation is that Tommy is talking about the school theme of the new pictures and artwork, but thats about it. I think she is trying to sell us the Limited Editions, because she also mentions something about "I enclose an amount-limited super hard rare collector's item!".
