What are you watching?
Film, TV series, whatevah, share with everyone!
A friend and I went to see The Uninvited last night. It was alright.. I was kinda torn about it 'cause it's a remake of probably my most favorite film A Tale of Two Sisters, but they didn't bastardize it too badly. The original is miles better though, but that's pretty normal.
Also last night during a fit of insomnia I watched some of Super Milk-Chan.

Re: What are you watching?
We are watching loads of DVD's at the moment.
We watched the second Death Note movie last night, and I loved it!! I actually like the way they have adapted it from the Manga. Erika Toda is so cute as Misamisa. Also I cried when L dropped his chocolate...
As for Anime series', at the moment we are watching Love Hina, BECK, BLEACH, and also the Death Note anime.
We are also watching the entire Frasier collection, and are currently on the 4th series. Today I hope to buy the box set of English series Ashes To Ashes, which is the follow up to the amazing Life On Mars.

Re: What are you watching?
Smallville, Kyle XY, 24, House, are the only show I watch for the moment. Last movie is Nana 2.
Re: What are you watching?
I watched "The Wrestler" last night...sad...and OMG Evan Rachel wood is so gorgeous...she's like number one on my "Who I'd go lesbian for" list.
My favorite Movie is "Donnie Darko" (if you couldn't guess from my siggy) and "Across the Universe", and I've been in a mood to watch "Brokeback mountain" really bad recently...it's so sad though. I can only watch it once in awhile or i start getting suicidal and stuff oh! and I also love "Clueless", and "Marie Antoinette" *drool at dresses in that movie*
For animes I'm watching "D.Gray-man", "Soul Eater", "Shugo Chara", and "Pita-ten"
other...I like "Big Love", "The L word", "Queer as Folk", "Rick & Steve" always makes me giggle..."The Real Housewives of Orange County" make me giggle as well (I'm just lovin' the word "giggle" recently). I like "Top Chief"...almost anything else on BRAVO...
I'm also angry at myself for not seeing "Milk" yet...being the gay advocate I am it would seem necessary wouldn't it? we've discussed watching "The Reader" because it's up for Oscars best picture, and it's provocative with lots of sex (always fun for the kids) *coughsarcasmcough*
yup that's about it...

Re: What are you watching?
eh, it'll never be as good as the original, but...I'm still going to see it when it comes out! ^^
Re: What are you watching?
I don't know if anyone else here likes the live action sentai stuff, but I been watching the new series, Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, and It's wicked awesome. From the fight scenes to the monster suit designs and the mecha designs, It's pretty cool. I don't even care that's It's technically a kids show, there lots of innocent people being attacked by the bad guys, and blood as well. The show does a great job of making the viewer believer these guys are really samurai. Its on par with Engine Sentai Go-Onger, which while extemely goofy at times, is currently my favorite Japanese TV series, next to Kisarazu Cat's Eye.
Re: What are you watching?
I just watched the last episode of Soul Eater...
Kinda lame and predictable ending, but I wasn't expecting more xD

Re: What are you watching?
I just finished watching Fullmetal Alchemist, soon I shall watch the new Brotherhood series they've been bringing out (13 episodes). But, as I only watch anime with my boyfriend, I won't be seeing that for a month or so.
I'm going to finish watching the series My Lovely Kim Sam-Soon, watch the rest of the film Guns & Talk and maybe re-watch the Infernal Affairs series. I want to watch Disney's The Princess and the Frog too!
Shizuenjune2 ~ I love that film, but then.. I love all (older) Disney films.
One of the animators is called Paul Berry. He made a short film (it was made before The Nightmare Before Christmas, but has a noted similar style). You can find it on YouTube, it's called The Sandman. Loved that before I even watched The Nightmare Before Christmas as a kid.

Re: What are you watching?
Ha ha! I do remember seeing it (at Hallowe'en) on the TV schedule to be shown at 11pm! So, it's no surprise you thought it was a horror!
Today, I watched The Fuccons (or Oh! Mikey), makes me laugh~ I really love this.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUeBFRYcnug&feature=PlayList&p=B083E928E24DF1FF&index=0&playnext=1 - the twins are my favourite.
I have quite a lot of these on DVD now, I listen to it subtitled. Just got two volumes yesterday, you see. It's originally from Vermillion Pleasure Night, I don't know how popular that was, but I love quite a few of what they've done.

Maybe you can see I stick to the mannequin theme?
Anyways, and I watched the start of At Home Dad, a Japanese drama.
It seems good, I recommend anything I watch 'part from if I say it's rubbish =D =D

Yeah I saw it recently too, pretty good. Interesting Story and characters, but Light.. He plays his part well, at first you like him, but later end up hating him for what he does. I felt sorry for both Rem and L.
I would be interested in seeing how the anime version fair's, as far as I know Light doesn't have a 'girlfriend' in the anime version..
I recently saw these too;
30 Days of Night
All the Boy Love Mandy Lane
Amityville Horror I
Batman The Dark Knight
Bonnie & Clyde
Eden Lake
Quarantine
Ratatouille
Resident Evil Degeneration
Shutter
Saw I
Silent Hill
Taken
The Mist
The Mummy 3 Tomb of the Emperor
I'm going to watch these soon, The Bank Job, Final Fantasy Advent Children & Connected(Chinese Movie). So many movies, so little time.
Update* - Saw the new Star Trek movie at the cinema, if you are a Sci-fi buff then go see it. Not the best story, but worth seeing for the cameo appearance of Leonard Nimoy. The rest of the crew's chemistry felt good too, overall pretty solid movie all round

Yesterday I watched that live action Dragon Ball movie well, I watched it partially actually... It only lasted 1:14 hs, I can't believe it.
I wanted to start watching Hell Girl because last Saturday I saw the first episode and I liked it but I suck at remembering to watch TV shows and stuff...

Dragon Ball movie is just... the worst thing in this world!! I went to watch it in the cinema because a friend of mine is a huge fan of Ayumi Hamasaki and she was singing the OST XDDDDD But really... the worst film I've ever seen!! I can't compare with the anime series because I haven't watched it but really... as a movie, it was HORRIBLE.
