It snowed today, yay! Well a little bit anyway. It's also very windy and cold, so we shall be wrapping up warm today.
Re: The legendary "How was your day?" topic ^^
I live 400 meters above sea level, and here there is much snow. But down in the city center (Oslo), it is nothing.

I'm finally done with finals so I can lift my self-imposed "internet-ban" - yaaay!
I don't even know what to do with my free time now!

Sorry if i'm a bit quiet these next few days, but I have 'Man Flu'. I feel like I could expire anytime soon.
Re: The legendary "How was your day?" topic ^^
I got a cell phone on Saturday~! the first two night of having it, and my inbox was completely filled. I txted with my friend Caroline for alike over an hour. oh! this may entertain you, but my friend's really name isn't Caroline, I decided to call her that after watching Paradise Kiss, and was all in love with it, and February6. So I was like "caroriine" to her in a Japanese accent, and she was all like "wha?" and then I explained to her, and from then on she was Caroline.

I had an idea that when we visit Japan next year that we could spend 1 night in the Park Hyatt Tokyo Hotel, which is the hotel used in the excellent movie Lost in Translation. So I went to their website and checked the price for one nights stay and....the cheapest room was 53200Yen!!! Thats £386!
Better start lowering my standards I think...

Thanks mika! Indeed, we had also planned to stay in a capsule hotel, as it has featured on lots of travel programmes on TV here, but not for the whole week of course.
POP QUIZ!

CHEAT!!! CHEAT!!! CHEAT!!! CHEAT!!!
But yes it is correct. Takashi plays his own character, Matthew Minami interviewing Bob Harris (Bill Murray). Matthew has interviewed Buriguri and Tommy february6 in real life on his show MATTHEWS BEST HIT TV, and of course there is also "OH MY JULIET!" and I believe Tommy & Takashi are also good friends.
If anybody wants the Matthew Minami Buriguri show, let me know.
Good luck with your last exam. I am so happy it is your last.
Re: The legendary "How was your day?" topic ^^

Today has been very good for me as I got 4 more items for my Tommy collection, 2 of which are really, really, awesome.

Nice one ghitgo!!! You must have a very well paid job, what are you like the head of major corporation or something?
and mikanomoide, yes, you should watch Lost in Translation, it's one of my fave films of all time. Also it will be interesting to get a Japanese persons perspective on that film.

When you stop buying pretty much everything else you can afford so much tommy stuff. I used to buy video games and movies and TMNT toys and comics, but I've stopped that until my Tommy discography is complete.
Re: The legendary "How was your day?" topic ^^

Happy holidays Momoko! Just make sure you have fun, ok.
Me a little tipsy tonight. Just watched some of the BECK & BLEACH anime's. Great, lots of Meister songs in the recent BECK episodes, and BLEACH is just amazing.
