the brilliant green budokan performance
Here is the video of their performance at Budokan way back in October. Enjoy!

It's not amazing, but it is a pretty good performance.
And I would cut off a finger for one of those jackets...

Re: the brilliant green budokan performance
XD "Performance"? the music is playback, WTF Shunsaku is as good a guitarist as Ryo LOL
Very disappointing, these new members are fake... and very annoying
Seeing this confirmed that is impossible whitout Ryo to return to the brilliance with which they made a masterpiece like Los Angeles
and i do not know why "cute" is a remarkable quality in a real musician.... cute is my pet

Re: the brilliant green budokan performance
I agree mcd1180. I get tired of seeing this karaoke performances. But maybe all the acts did this for the festival? If anybody could confirm this then I would appreciate it.
It just makes me a little sick hearing the recording of Ryo's guitar when he isn't even there playing.
Sad....

Everyone is right, but I didn't want to admit it. They can't be that lazy or uninspired? Don't bands usually tour after releasing a new album? Tommy hasn't toured on a looooong time...

Maybe they are just a studio band now. Cling onto your copy of SUPER TERRA 2000, as we never get anything like that again the future.
Re: the brilliant green budokan performance
Oh, I don't know.....laughing, like a lot of other things/people, can be cute, but it certainly isn't something I was insinuating to be deemed as...a musician's "remarkable quality". When I used "cute" to describe her laugh, anyway, it seems to me to have no correlation at all in describing apparent musical ability.mcd1180 wrote:and i do not know why "cute" is a remarkable quality in a real musician.... cute is my pet
I have no comment whatsoever on the overall performance.
Re: the brilliant green budokan performance
I asked JJ & James on Twitter if all the bands at the festival used backing tracks. Surprise of surprises it was actually James who replied to me. He said -
BG_ARMY_James @Sneakglove Nope. But that's why they called us! We're back-track professionals!
Shame...

If she did it would be the first!! So I very much doubt it. I think all you will get is the usual video with the Jame's in it and a few TV shows with the same cast and backing track.
Re: the brilliant green budokan performance
Well, her singing is good it's just that... well, as someone said, they seem uninspired, they don't make me feel as if they were enthusiasmed with the music they make...
The Brilliant Green good old times will always be there for us :'( I'm feeling a bit sad, I don't know what will be next...

I feel the same way, tomoko_chan. And you're right Sneaky - we still have the classic TERRA2001 DVD!
