My favorite male Japanese singer is Hiroto Kōmoto of the Blue Hearts, Hi-Lows and the Cro-Magnons. I love his gravelly voice and the shear energy of his music. On the other hand, my wife can’t stand him. She thinks he sounds like he singing with phlegm in his throat, and needs to gargle. Do any of you have any opinions on him? In case you have never heard of him, here is he singing one of the most famous Japanese punk rock songs of all time, Linda Linda.

The blue hearts and the Hi-lows are really good. His singing is great.

His dance is super awesome.

He doesn't sound bad! He's pretty good!
Maybe it's just her voice style your wife doesn't like!
